Natalie Thorpe

Natalie Thorpe is the Director of Employee Experience and a certified Hogan Consultant for The QTI Group. Natalie is dedicated to increasing efficiency and enhancing internal workflows and programs to provide a highly engaging employment experience so our QTI team can bring their best to work every day.

With 12+ years of human resources experience, Natalie’s areas of expertise include training and development, project management, onboarding, process improvement, and account management. Additionally, Natalie is experienced in using Hogan Assessments for employee selection, development, leadership, high potentials, and team building, resulting in greater employee engagement, reduced turnover, increased productivity, and higher performance. Natalie is a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist and earned a B.B.A. in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.
